Hanspree’s Tegra2-powered Android tablet offers a dual core alternative to the iPad


Those of you looking for an Android alternative to the iPad may want to take a look at Hannspree’s latest tablet, the HANNSpad, which passed through the FCC today.  The device features Nvidia’s Tegra2 processor, which offers 2 1GHz ARM Cortex A9 cores, and a 10.1” capacitive touch screen display, with a 1024 x 600 resolution.  The HANNSpad rocks 16GB of internal storage and 512MB of RAM, microSD storage support, HDMI out with 1080p support, 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth.  The device measures 260mm x 171mm x 13.9mm, and weighs 750 grams.
