Transcend’s StoreJet Cloud hits the FCC bringing wireless storage to iOS devices

Transcend unveiled its oddly-named StoreJet Cloud wireless storage device early in December, and last week the device made its first appearance on the FCC.  The StoreJet Cloud is a small, portable wireless hard drive that can connect to iOS devices via a free app.  Users can stream media directly from the device, making it ideal for devices with limited internal storage.  The StoreJet Cloud can also connect to PCs via WiFi, and the device’s user manual, which was included in FCC documents, suggests that Android support is coming soon as well.

Unfortunately, the StoreJet Cloud won’t come cheap – the 64GB version is expected to cost about $300.
