Jawbone UP refund checks now in the mail

Earlier this month, Jawbone announced an unprecedented no-questions-asked refund policy for unhappy owners of UP fitness bands.  Instead of requiring users to mail in receipts, cut out barcodes, or jump through other hoops to get their refund check, Jawbone set up a simple two step process online to request a refund.  The company didn’t even ask customers to send back defective UP units.

Sounds too good to be true?  Nope.  Earlier today the company let its customers know that UP refunds were in the mail.  Jawbone originally estimated that refunds will take 4 to 6 weeks, but it appears that the company got its refunds taken care of in about two weeks.

Jawbone deserves a ton of credit for quickly addressing issues with the UP band and resolving customer complains in a manner that was quick and painless for customers.
