Motorola’s XT320 Android smartphone hits the FCC as the Defy Mini
Motorola’s XT320 Android smartphone made an appearance on the FCC today as the “Defy Mini.” The entry-level Android smartphone is expected to be released in China this month, and offers a basic suite of features including Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a 480×320 screen (no word on what size), 5MP camera, WiFi and Bluetooth. The device actually won approval for GSM bands 850/1900 and WCDMA bands II and IV, meaning that it could make an appearance on AT&T.
