You’re looking at the first public photo of the Motorola DROID4, thanks to the folks at Droid Life.  The device sports a Droid RAZR-like front and a redesigned backlit keypad.  The DROID4 is also missing the chin that has been prominent on previous Droid models.  Other specs include a 4-inch screen, LTE, 1080p video recording and an HDMI out port.

We are a bit disappointed, however, that the DROID4 appears to rely on Android 2.3 Honeycomb, not Ice Cream Sandwich.  The device is also rumored to rely on a non-removable battery.
