Coby’s $100 Kyros MID7012 Android 2.3 tablet hits the FCC, gets torn down

Want an Android tablet, but don’t want to spend a lot of dough?  Coby’s got that covered with their Kyros MID7012 tablet.  This 7-inch tablet features an ARM1176 processor running at 800MHz, 256MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage with support for 32GB of microSD storage, WiFi and a USB 2.0 interface.  Sure, those specs aren’t great, but for $100 they’re not bad, either.

Today, the MID7012 hit the FCC and got torn down in the process.  Internal photos of the device show Hynix flash, Samsung SDRAM and a Telechips processor, below.
