Why make video calls on a small laptop screen when you have a nice, big ol’ TV available?  That’s where Biscotti TV comes in.  This tiny device contains a camera and mic, and attaches easily to the top of your TV.  Just connect Biscotti TV to your TV via HDMI, follow the on screen instructions, and you’re ready to make video calls through your HDTV.

There’s no word when Biscotti TV will be released, but the device just passed through the FCC today, suggesting that a launch is near.  It’s also unclear how much the device will cost, and what video calling services it will support.
