Samsung released another teaser ad for its new Galaxy Tab, revealing a form factor that’s only slightly thicker than a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.  The tablet, which is expected to feature an 8.9” screen, looks even thinner than Apple’s recently announced iPad 2, which itself is only 8.8mm thin.  As you can see above, the new Galaxy Tab, above left, is at least a couple of millimeters thinner than the iPad 2, above right.

Samsung’s new Galaxy Tab will be unveiled at CTIA on March 22nd, while Apple’s iPad 2 will be released in just two days.
