The Windows 7-powered ExoPC Slate tablet hits the FCC
The ExoPC Slate isn’t just another Windows 7 tablet. The device relies on a unique touch-friendly interface called the ExoPC UI Layer that features rows of application-launching circles. This design helps to make Windows 7 more touch-friendly by providing users with an alternative to the traditional double click-reliant Windows interface.
In terms of specs, the ExoPC Slate features an 11.6” screen capacitive touch screen with a 1366 x 768 resolution, Intel Atom M450 processor running at 1.66GHz, Broadcom Crystal HD video processor, 1.3MP camera, up to 32GB of flash memory and up to 4 hours of battery life. A 3G HSPDA module is available for the device as well, and according to FCC documents the module, made by Huawei, will support AT&T’s WCDMA bands II and V.
The ExoPC Slate will cost $600 and is expected to be released in Q1 2011.

Um, that should be “up to 64GB SSD” and it is actually available NOW to ExoPC forum members. Others will be able to order it starting Nov 15.
