10.1” Android tablet from Malata hits the FCC rocking Nvidia Tegra 2 processor
Chinese mobile device manufacturer Malata passed the sleek SMB-A1002 Android tablet through the FCC today. The device features a 10.1” capacitive touch screen with a 1024 x 600 resolution, Nvidia Tegra 2 processor a 1.3MP webcam, 1GB of RAM, 512MB of flash memory, support for up to 32GB of external microSD storage 1080p video output, Bluetooth and 802.11 b/g/n WiFi. The SMB-A1002 weighs about 28.6 ounces (810g), and measures 10.5” x 6.8” x 0.6” (267mm x 173mm x 143mm).
Unfortunately, Malata doesn’t have a strong presence in the United States, so we’re not sure if or when the SMB-A1002 tablet will make it to the States. No word on pricing, either.
