Archos’ A70S, aka Archos 70, Android-powered Internet Tablet hits the FCC


Archos has been busy pumping out a host of new Android tablets, and today the company’s large Archos 70, aka A70S tablet, made an appearance on the FCC.  The Android 2.2 device features a 7” TFT LCD capacitive multitouch screen, a 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor, support for 720p video and up to 250GB of internal storage.  You can view the device’s full specs here, on Archos’ website.

Pricing for the Archos 70 will start at $250, while the 250GB version of the device will cost around $320.  The device is expected to be released in mid-November.
