Acer’s beTouch E130 QWERTY smartphone makes its rounds through the FCC

Acer’s beTouch E130 made its first appearance at Computex this year, and today the device made the rounds at the FCC.  The device sports a full QWERTY keypad, 2.6” QVGA touch screen, 416MHz processor, 256MB of RAM, 512MB of ROM, 3.2MP camera and WiFi.

The beTouch E130 still relies on Android 1.6, which puts it far behind the current crop of Android 2.1 devices.  We don’t see any signs of an OS update for the device, either.
