OPPO, a Chinese manufacturer of PMPs and Blu Ray players is busting into the smartphone market the funky looking Android touchscreen device pictured above.  Not much is known about the phone, other than it rocks a 3.5” WVGA capacitive screen and WiFi, along with an interesting lighting scheme of teal lights.

The company plans to release this device sometime in 2010.  At this point it seems unlikely that it will be released outside of China, however.
