HP passed this versatile mini-PCI card through the FCC today.  Known as the HWPD08-A2, this device features an alphabet soup of 802.11 a/b/g/n.  It’s nice to see such broad coverage of WiFi standards, all delivered by Atheros, as can be seen by the internal photos of this device.

There is no indication of what HP laptops will sport the HWPD08.
